After completing AFSCME Council 18's ELITE academy trainings, you'll have the skills to recognize the issues, take action to protect you and your co-workers' rights, improve the workplace, and build our union stronger.

AFSCME is built on the foundation of strong stewards and knowledgeable leaders, defending members rights in the workplace through effective representation, support for collective actions, and helping members understand and defend their rights at work.

On January 27th, Council 18 New Mexico welcomed our brothers and sisters from AFSCME Colorado for this ELITE training: Budget Analysis Training, reading between the Lines on government budgets.
